We are excited to welcome Mary Clare Sweet this month!




Mary Clare owns Lotus House of Yoga, vinyasa studios in Nebraska. They teach Vinyasa, Flow, Power, Ashtanga, Yin and Restorative yoga classes. Her play-lists are funky and always fresh, incorporating soul, hip hop, folk, and pop…and the classes she leads are fun, challenging and filled with love.
