Please share the below information about the Young Adult Survey with 18-25 year olds who live/work/go to school in SI. We also need volunteers to share flyers in their neighborhood & help distribute the survey at events.

The survey is voluntary & responses will be anonymous. After survey completion, participants have the option to enter into a gift card raffle (not connected to survey responses). 

The survey is being conducted by Tackling Youth Substance Abuse (TYSA), a coalition of community members working to reduce substance misuse among youth and young adults. All information collected will be used to help develop appropriate drug prevention and treatment programs in SI. To learn more, go to tysa.nyc
