Well, more like a machine. Scroll a bit further to take a look at our newest creation.

But first, another quick reminder on Yaguara:

So stick with us. We're working hard.

🎰The OKR Machine 🎰

Last week we offered education on the OKR framework. Thanks to all that attended the class.

But education calls for action. So we went back to the lab and built a lovely interactive tool:

The OKR Machine

Input your tools, metrics and company goals and let Yaguara do the rest. Please give it a whirl, that way you can tell your boss you've done some machine learning...

These shoes were made for walkin'

As a team that knows a thing or two about growth, we want to recognize when a brand is ahead of the game.

Meet Wolf & Shepherd, a company aimed at eliminating that miserable experience of having to actually walk anywhere before or after work in your dress shoes. Their formula is simple, offer a fashionable calfskin upper combined with an athletic shoe designed sole. It is a match made in heaven, on your feet.

It is a no secret that video can drive sales and better tell a story. But any average team can make a 360 degree tour of their nice-looking shiny shoe or necklace. The W&S team took the bull by the horns and put their product to the ultimate footwear test, Pamplona's "Running of the Bulls".

Below is a snippet of the campaign (currently running on their site):

Visually engaging. Daring. Brilliant compatibility with their new "Toro Collection". And just darn cool.

While we all don't have the marketing budgets or approval to tango with massive beasts in life-threatening situations, this is a great example of thinking outside the box. A new product line, therefore a new revenue stream, that is expected to meet past releases shouldn't be a copy and paste job. Be bold, generate a new story, and subtly infuse the company's purpose.

Next time my feet hurt walking to another midweek birthday party, I will think of Wolf & Shepherd. The justification of the purchase will make perfect sense, or as founder Justin Scheider put it, "instead of forcing yourself to wear uncomfortable dress shoes all day, or switching to sneakers in-between, why not just mold together the best of each shoe?"
