Il Ticino non è solo Merlot. Negli anni i produttori hanno iniziato a coltivare nuovi vitigni bianchi e rossi che attirano sempre più l’interesse degli appassionati. Anche quest’anno, avrete l’occasione di poterli degustare. Prendetevi il tempo di osservarli, annusarli e assaporare in compagnia del produttore. In questo evento, come sempre proposto al Palazzo dei Congressi di Lugano, saranno 59 le aziende che, rispondendo all’invito di Ticinowine, presenteranno il meglio della loro produzione 2016.

Un settembre caldo e soleggiato ha permesso di portare a maturazione uve dolci, equilibrate e dall’acidità ideale: elementi essenziali per ottenere grandi vini. Con il passare del tempo l’evoluzione ha confermato le aspettative.

Quest’anno la presentazione dell’annata raddoppia

Conferenza “ENOgastronomia ticinese: economia e marketing” Relatore Oscar Farinetti

Oscar Farinetti, classe 1954, nasce ad Alba, in Piemonte. Creatore di Eataly, primo supermercato dedicato all’alta qualità italiana, in 10 anni ha aperto 40 punti vendita in Italia e nel mondo. Il suo ultimo progetto, inaugurato lo scorso anno a Bologna, è “Fico Eataly World”: 10 ettari con ingresso gratuito dove trovano posto campi, stalle, 40 fabbriche, 40 punti di ristoro, botteghe e mercati, ciò che rappresenta la Fabbrica Italiana Contadina. Ha collaborato con l’Università degli Studi di Parma e l’Università Bocconi di Milano per varie ricerche di mercato e ha pubblicato diversi libri sul tema agroalimentare con riconoscimenti che non sono mancati. Oscar Farinetti ha ancora tante cose da raccontare, idee e progetti da realizzare.

Tessin ist nicht nur Merlot. Mit der Zeit habe die Produzenten begonnen, neue weisse und rote Rebsorten anzubauen, die bei Weinliebhabern auf immer grösseres Interesse stossen. Auch in diesem Jahr haben Sie Gelegenheit diese zu degustieren. Nehmen Sie sich Zeit, die Weine im Beisein des Produzenten anzuschauen, zu beschnuppern und sie zu kosten. Bei diesem Event, der wie üblich im Kongresshaus Lugano stattfindet, werden auf Einladung von Ticinowine 59 Unternehmen anwesend sein und das Beste ihrer Produktion 2016 vorstellen.

Ein heisser, sonniger September liess süsse, ausgeglichene Trauben mit idealen Säurewerten reifen: Fundamentale Elemente um einen grossen Wein zu erhalten. Im Laufe der Zeit hat seine Entwicklung die Erwartungen bestätigt.

Presentation of the Vintage 2015

There is much more to Ticino wine than Merlot: Over the years, wine growers have begun to grow new varieties of white and red grapes, which are sparking growing interest among wine lovers. This year, once again, you will have a chance to taste these new wines. Take time to observe, smell and taste them together with their producers. This wine-tasting event will be held, as usual, at Lugano’s Palazzo dei Congressi and will showcase wines from 59 participating wineries, invited by Ticinowine to present the best of their production from 2016.

A warm and sunny September has produced sweet grapes with a good balance and perfect acidity, essential for the production of fine wines. The wine has evolved well over time, living up to expectations.

These new varieties are the highlight of this unique event showcasing Ticino’s wines, with 59 participating wineries and more than 240 wines available for tasting.
