We spend around 3 hours baking, stopping for a light lunch (or tea for the Christmas class) along the way working in a small group for maximum enjoyment. Aprons and recipes are provided. Classes are located near Slimbridge, Gloucestershire.

18 (weekend afternoon) or 21 November (weekday afternoon)

Get prepared for Christmas! Make an incredible Christmas pudding; mincemeat for the best mincepies you’ve ever tasted and Slovenian Christmas buns.

It’s hard to beat home made Christmas pudding and once you’ve tasted home made mincemeat, you’ll never want to eat a shop bought mince pie again!

The course includes all ingredients, recipes and a bowl for your Christmas pudding. Choose from an weekday or weekend course. Classes are kept small for maximum enjoyment!

Classes last approximately 3 hours. Classes start at 1:30 pm.

22 September.  Do you like the sweet things in life? This workshop focuses on sweet doughs including some very tasty Scandinavian buns.

Pizza Class 

Date to suit
A short evening class. Learn to make, bake and shape pizza and top with a simple sauce. Eat the results at the end of the course! Groups of 4 to 6 on your preferred date (subject to availability)
