ARTICLE - Embracing Creative Isolation

Producing creative work is a process of ups and downs as we artistic creatures pursue the act of researching, making and expressing. At times it can be hard to motivate yourself and procrastination becomes a regular cycle of beginning a project, getting stuck, finding a solution, moving in a new direction and finally seeing that your work is "done". Robyn Saurine is a multidisciplinary visual artist, yogi and one of our wonderful business advisors; and she has learnt to recognise and embrace the spirals in a way that enables her to not fall down the rabbit hole of anxiety and depression.
