Seeds of Well-being
Are you ready to make your well-being a priority this year?
Research suggests that well-being is not something static to be acquired, but something that we can actively cultivate and grow over time. Staff and Faculty Health and Well-being is pleased to present our Seeds of Well-being program. Offered in a supportive community environment over the course of the academic year, Seeds of Well-being is designed to help you learn practical ways of growing your well-being. Sessions will include topics such as savoring the positive, cultivating gratitude and practicing self compassion.
All meetings are held on Thursdays from 12-1pm on the UC Davis main campus. For information on class dates and how to register, see our flyer and visit our website at wellbeing.ucdavis.edu.
