Ada’s is now a full service cafe at the newly renovated Mitchell Park Community Center. Here, young adults with special needs learn many skills, including food preparation for both the cafe as well as Ada’s catering business.

Ada's has aspirations to open more cafes, and our farm hopes to supply some of the food and flowers Ada’s uses in its popular cafes. Recently, during our farm’s peak strawberry production, Ada’s generously bought berries to make jam.

Please join us on Saturday, October 6th, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. for a relaxing time on the farm. We will have live music by Wildcat Mountain Ramblers, light food fare, beverages, art activities for the kids and tours of both the farm and the adjacent site of a future pocket neighborhood being created by Coastal Haven Families, LLC.

This event is free, but please register at costanoacommons.org/register so we can plan for food and drink. Also, parking is limited at the farm so we encourage carpooling, walking, or bicycling, or taking public transit. Guests with a disabled parking placard can park inside the farm’s entry gate.
