Lovely Lagunitas Creek
Dear Ones,

Summer has been very full. In June my family had a memorial for my mother Anne. We gave her a church service and a tea dance with show tunes and wine as she believed in both praying and partying. One life ends and another begins. My son and his partner are expecting a baby in January. I so want my grandchild to inherit a livable planet so there is a lot for us to do.

The summer session of the Empowered Elder Workshop Webinar of the Conscious Elders Network  ended and we were so inspired by the amazing people who told their stories, followed their hearts, and found new roles as Elders in their communities. Participants connected deeply with each other and explored how they can support life on our beautiful Earth. The next Session starts September 11th

The year long Work That Reconnects  Facilitator Development Program is ending this month and the new program will start again in January 2019.  It has been an truly transformative journey for close to 50 facilitators from all over the world.

I was moved to make a Walking Water pilgrimage. We walked for two days through my local watershed following the Lagunitas Creek . I have been in love with Lagunitas Creek for many years and enjoyed the opportunity to connect deeply with this lovely, bubbling, brambled, and magical being. At the end of the walk I vowed to the Creek to take care of myself, to dance and sing like the water so that I have the creative energy and stamina to continue working for the healing of our world in the face of so much destruction.

Take care of yourselves and enjoy the people and the beauty that surrounds you. And as many a great leader has said, "Never Give Up! "

Yours on behalf of Life,
Constance
