New Episode Of The SD Podcast Is Out

The headline says it all: Our great friends and partners at the Service Design Podcast have recently released their latest episode. This time they had the honor of having Marc Stickdorn as their guest. The well-known co-author of 'This Is Service Design Thinking' and 'This Is Service Design Doing' talks about tools and ways to implement Service Design in large organisations. Marc to shares a tips on what you as a service designer can do to have a bigger impact in organisations. Definitely worth listening to.

New Case Study: Mobile Banking

The knowledge section on our website keeps growing thanks to the efforts from within the community. The latest contribution to our case study library comes from Piotr Wojciechowski, one of our SDN Accredited Service Design trainers. In this project his company FUZERS focused on how Service Design Thinking can be implemented when working on a mobile loan application process. You have an interesting project as well?
