Trick or Treat Trail Business Sponsorship Opportunities
Local businesses, we have a great opportunity for you! The Village of Bellevue's annual Trick or Treat Trail is coming up on Saturday, October 20 and we are looking for businesses who are interested in participating. This is a great way for you to get your business some recognition, meet families in the Bellevue community, and have fun while doing so. The commitment from you is small but invaluable to making the event a success. Participating business are asked to be at the trail from 9am until noon. Each business is given a spot along the trail through Josten Park and asked to dress in costume and hand out candy to the participants. Along with all the great visibility you will be getting, you will have your name listed in our trail guide which is handed out to each event participant. We had over 500 participants (and their parents) walk through our trail last year!
If this is something your business would like to be a part of, please contact the Recreation Supervisor, Adam Waszak, at 593-5516 or download and complete the Business Participation Letter and mail in to the Village Offices prior to Monday, October 8.

Organization Involvement: Participating businesses/organizations are asked to dress in costume and hand out candy to event participants at the very minimum. Organizations are encouraged to festively decorate their area, however, it is not required. In past years, decorations have ranged from a small sign to a colorfully decorated canopy.
Candy: Please provide enough candy or other child friendly give-away for over 500 children. Please provide candy or other give-away appropriate for children ages 2-8 years old.
Other Handouts: Coupons and other small promotional items may be handed out with candy or give-away.
Sponsorship Opportunities: Booth sponsor, $100 partner sponsorship, and door prizes.
Deadline: Please register by Monday, October 9, 2017
