How to make a Profit with David Parrish for Creative businesses
Creative Industries expert David Parrish will conduct this workshop that will cut through the jargon to help participants understand how they can achieve both a gross profit and net profit for their creative enterprise.

Mentoring is a key service that helps businesses deal with a particular challenge at a particular point in time.
Following a discussion with a Business Advisor and the completion of a short form, a suitably skilled mentor is appointed to the business for a fixed time. This is co-funded between the business and the Local Enterprise Office.

LEAN is a system which helps to make your business operate in a more efficent manner, with the ultimate goal of saving money and ensuring your business performs in a way to best suit the needs of your customers.
