About the Position

We are seeking an experienced social worker to lead our Reentry team. This is a full-time, exempt, staff position. • Case Management:
    • Partner with YSRP Supervising Attorney and criminal defense attorneys representing youth facing charges in the adult criminal justice system to support reentry planning in their cases. Note: this work begins as close to arrest as possible, and continues through any period of incarceration (pre-release).

    • Liaise with organizations that provide reentry support, as well as other, non-reentry-specific services, to men and women returning to the community after decades of incarceration, and to young people returning from either adult or juvenile incarceration settings.
