Housing Green Paper - ARCH seeks members' views

The government published the long awaited Social Housing Green Paper on 14 August and the deadline for responses to the issues raised is 6 November 2018.

Social housing lettings down again

Latest figures from the Department of Communities & Local Government show that social housing lettings by local authorities decreased by 9% in 2016/17, a continuation of the long-term trend in the decline in the number of lettings. Read more
