NEW Wellness Treatment
Clarins has launched two new face and body treatments focusing on the effects our lifestyles have on our mind and body. These treatments are designed to release stress, energise, improve mood and leave your skin looking more radiant and soothed. The first treatment; Rise & Shine, is perfect for those lacking in energy, who are stressed, run down and emotionally drained. This treatment is recommended at any time of the day. The second treatment; Beauty Sleep, is for those who feel exhausted but find it difficult to sleep and switch off, or those who have shortened nights due to work patterns or young children. This treatment is recommended at the end of the day.
These brand new Clarins Wellness Treatments are available from 1st September and are £70 for 85 minutes. FEED Campaign
The FEED charity was set up in 2007 in conjunction with the UN World Food Programme to tackle childhood hunger. In 2011, Clarins partnered with the FEED charity for the first time in its mission to help children suffering from poverty and malnutrition. Since the partnership began, globally Clarins have provided over 10,200,000 meals.
Clarins is very proud and excited to be supporting FEED in the UK for the fifth consecutive year. Between 16th and 29th September with the purchase of two or more recommended Clarins products, one to be skincare, you will receive a FEED10 purse containing a collection of Clarins favourites worth £49 which equates to 10 meals donated to the FEED campaign.
The purse contains:

Staff Vacancies
We are currently looking for two part-time therapists qualified to either NVQ level 2 or level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent). The therapist needs to be confident in working in a busy environment, but salon experience is not necessary as full training will be given. If qualified to Level 3 the successful candidate must have a passion for massage.
We are also looking for a part-time Salon Assistant. The role will include assisting the therapists, covering reception, topping up stock, cleaning and tidying the salon. This is an ideal role for a school leaver who is just starting their beauty qualifications and looking for experience in a salon. This person does not need to have had prior employment but will need to be confident and eloquent when speaking to clients and have a helpful and positive attitude. As this person gains their qualifications there may be the opportunity to start offering treatments to clients.

Staff News and Offers
We would like to congratulate Stevie on passing her NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy and becoming a fully qualified therapist. Stevie will be joining the team full time from 1st September and we are excited to see her grow from strength to strength as she starts to offer more treatments.
Throughout September Stevie will be offering 50% off Individual Eyelash Extensions and 25% off Swedish Massage. If you would like to book in with Stevie please call 01256 363417 or book online.
Lisa has recently qualified in Individual Eyelash Extensions so will also be offering 50% off these throughout September.
Please note if you're booking in for Eyelash Extensions then you must have a consultation at least 48 hours prior to your treatment to enable us to carry out the relevant patch test and ensure the treatment is right for you. |

Salon Changes
From 1st September we are amending our opening hours. We will be open an hour later on a Saturday meaning we will be offering treatments up 6:00 pm. We are also extending our Wednesday and Thursday late evenings to 9:00 pm to accommodate more of our full time working clients.
Due to multiple price increase's from our suppliers, it is with regret that we are having to increase some of our treatment prices with effect from 1st October 2018. This will be between £2 and £5 on the majority of our treatments. Since our launch in November 2012 and despite annual increases from our suppliers, we have managed to keep our prices relatively consistent with only a couple of increases on the majority of treatments, whilst some have remained the same for the entire 6 years.
