Hi there
I hope you had a wonderful summer and took a good break? I had a brilliant trip home to the UK, the first time since moving to the US three whole years ago.
Tatiana and wrapped up our first
In the Thick of It program for systems leaders at least two years in. We got some lovely feedback like this:
“Warm and human facilitation, good structure, sense of openness. The huge diversity of work people are undertaking was stimulating and inspiring”
We're writing up findings, but it was fascinating and we ended with some sadness and clear that we will be launching further programs soon.
We officially launched
The Systems Sisterhood this month, for women of systems change in life transition. We kicked off with
our amazing Cohorts looking at gender and systems change which led to some rich stories and discussion.
Finally, I spoke at
Yale this week on Daniela Papi-Thornton's brilliant class on systems led leadership and social entrepreneurship. She's doing some really interesting work exploring systems change education. One to keep an eye out for in the future.
Warm wishes,
Rachel Sinha, Founder, The Systems Studio
