Honeybee Exhibit at the Anne Arundel County Fair.
The Honey booth at the 2018 Anne Arundel County Fair will be open to the public from Wednesday September 12 to Sunday September 16.  An observation hive from Arlington Echo will be on display.  Please consider volunteering.  Selections will be noted in the order they arrive.  You will be notified if your selection has been filled.  Send me your choice of time and
an alternate.  Remember send your address to carl.guerci@verizon.net so I can supply a
Get-in-Free ticket.
 
Volunteers are needed at the following times:
Thursday       Sept 13 from     10 A.M. to 3 P.M.
                                                     3 P.M.  to 7 P.M. 
Friday             Sept 14 from       7 P.M. to 10 P.M. (2 openings)
Sunday           Sept 16 from       4 P.M. to 8 P.M.
 
This is an excellent chance to test your knowledge of honeybees and beekeeping.   It is also an opportunity to enlighten people and lift their veil of darkness and misconceptions.   
 
If you would like to enter items for judging in the honey contest, you may do so on:
Sunday September 9 from 1 P.M.to 5 P.M. and
Monday September 10 from 10 A.M. to 7 P.M.
Entries/Awards must be picked up on Monday September 17 from 2-7 P.M.
