That's right, on September 22, 2018, we're offering free rides to celebrate Car Free Day!

To redeem, walk up to any Metro Bike Share station and enter promo code 9222018 when purchasing a Single Ride. The first 30 minutes of each ride are free, and after that the standard rate of $1.75 per 30 minutes applies.

We'll also be hosting a free Metro Bike ride in Downtown LA to celebrate Car Free Day. Keep an eye on your inbox for the invite!

Don't miss Celebrate LA! LA Phil 100 x CicLAvia

One of our favorite Open Streets events, CicLAvia, is teaming up with the LA Phil and Community Arts Resources (CARS) to celebrate the LA Phil's Centennial season with a free eight-mile street party from the Walt Disney Concert Hall to the Hollywood Bowl.

This is a one of a kind event and all Angelenos will be free to walk, run, skate, scoot, bike, and wander through the car-free streets with six Hubs that feature performance stages, art installations, food trucks and more!
