Buckwheat Soba Bowl

Soba noodles are a favorite in Japanese cooking. Made from both buckwheat flour and wheat flour, they have a nutty taste and are often served cold. The noodles in our Soba Bowl are tossed with toasted sesame dressing, scallions and cilantro and served with Yakitori-style chicken skewers (marinated in ginger, garlic and soy); a gingery red cabbage slaw; pickled cucumbers and carrots on a bed of fresh greens. It's a light and tasty lunch ideal for our September summer.
Looking for a vegan option? We also offer a version with marinated grilled tofu and shiitake mushrooms in lieu of chicken.
