“A free press is anything but an enemy of the public. In fact to say so is an affront to our Constitution.” Those words are from Jane Dvorak, APR, Fellow PRSA, in her recent blog post supporting press freedom. Jane is among the many communicators and professional organizations that have voiced support for ethical journalism and the essential role a free press plays to democracy. Read the collaborative statement PRSA’s Chairman Anthony D’Angelo, APR, Fellow PRSA, wrote last week on behalf of the Society and in solidarity with other U.S and international communications organizations.
