do you know what you need?

Hi there, Friend
If you're like me, you're much more comfortable asking what someone else needs than you are turning that attention on yourself.
But if we are to care for who and what's important to us over the long haul, we must take care of ourselves, too. Paying attention to and taking care of our own needs actually is a gift we give to our loved ones and the world.
This week, a sunset prompted me to remember this, and I put my thoughts about it together in a new article, which you can read here.
Another coach, Lucetta Zaytoun, also inspired me with something she said at a conference I attended:
"You are the only person who wakes up every day and lives your life. Why not wake up every day and live it, and love it?"
Shall we?
With grace and space for a healthier you,
amy
P.S. While I'm thinking about sunrises and sunsets, for my photo-loving readers, here are some tips to take good sunset photos on your smartphone.
And this National Geographic article lists the 10 best sunrise and sunset spots in U.S. national parks. Here's a 15-second mini vacation for you. :)
