Council receives designs for building consents that rely on CHH software “DesignIT” that specifies Carter Holt Harvey wood products including Laserframe SG8. The design certificates include the following disclaimer.
This Design Certificate, and any associated warranty/certification, is void where there has been substitution of alternate products not detailed within the Member Specification.
Recent correspondence from Carter Holt Harvey confirms that other manufacturers SG8 can be substituted for Laserframe but no substitution of LVL products is permitted.
