In order for deliberate practice to happen, we need a system of practice.

Having a goal is not enough. The novices have goals, and the pros have systems.

In this video, I propose how you can develop a personalised system of practice. I go into details on the inherent issues in clinical practice, clinical supervision, and training, and I provide some pathways out of our predicament.
