"The inception of a downtown church began through the Luminex collaborative with 3 churches (La Grave, Fifth, Zion) sharing a heart for the gospel and the city of Grand Rapids, MI. After 2 years of dreaming, reality sped up and Ron was hired as the church planter for City Chapel. This August marks our third preview service in the books with 2 more in September.

Throughout this time we’ve been working hard to disciple others along the way, realizing that discipleship doesn’t always look like spiritual in’s and out’s of discerning God’s voice; it can also look like building a church together."
