Today I am in New Orleans where I am a keynote speaker at the Rodan + Fields annual conference. I am so inspired every time I am in a giant room full of women. And speaking of women and inspiration, Serena Williams continues to amaze me. I was gutted watching the umpire interfere with the US Open finals, but I was in awe of how Serena put her arm around Osaka and asked the crowd to support her. In one moment, sisterhood and leadership. And while I draw your attention to Serena, I want to spotlight her relationship. The day before the finals, her husband created THIS for her. And a message for us all: Never settle for a man who loves you any less than Alexis loves Serena!
