Class Theme - Self-Empowerment
September 10 to September 15 


The New Moon is August 9th. Yoga is more than breathing, stretching and strengthening...It's easy to get caught up in the physical forms of yoga. Let's set an affirmation this week. 

Hatha classes: We will begin with Loving Kindness meditation, followed by an asana practice devoting time to observe your emotions as you move and breathe. 

Yin classes: The Bowl of Loving Kindness Meditation and an "All-Request" yin poses class.
