Please join us on the trail to pedal for clean water in Chajmaic!

Dear <<First Name>>,

Next Saturday Guatemala will celebrate its independence from Spain, which was gained in 1821, without a war.

Tonight Jews around the world gather to celebrate Rosh HaShanah.  We wish one another a sweet and prosperous new year.  And, we think of those less fortunate and how we can share what we have.

As we think of world peace, and peace within our hearts, we also look forward to our bike-a-thon next Saturday, September 15.  We are working towards the delivery of accessible, potable water for the remote village of Chajmaic, Guatemala.

"There shall be no needy among you." (Deuteronomy 15:4)

We are very blessed to have many beautiful donations, such as meals in local restaurants, bubble tea coupons, a horseback lesson, a manicure, cycling gear, a sweatshirt, poncho, and teddy bear, and bike share tickets to raffle off.  We have received donations of water bottles and snacks.  And, we will have a magician at the end of the ride!   Several community members will have tables at the event.

We hope you can join us on Saturday, September 15th, from 12:00 until 3:30 p.m.  Tickets: EventBrite, https://bit.ly/2NUoGID

If you are unable to attend, please consider assisting our project with a donation at
