MATHS PARENT EVENING THIS WEDNESDAY
7 - 8PM IN THE MERCY HALL
*  The purpose of the night is to briefly explain the Targeting Maths Initiative
     and how we are implementing current research about effective teaching and
     learning into Maths in our school.

*  Teacher's will explain number sense activities that have been embedded
     throughout our school and we will then invite you to join the teachers
     and  participate in activities that you can use at home with your children.

* At the end of the night we have produced a booklet with some ideas on
   helping your child at home with their Maths.

Monday
Book fair continues, students can buy books.
Students depart for Music Camp at 8.00 am.

Tuesday
Book fair continues, students can buy books.
No Band lessons
Children return from Band Camp

Wednesday
Group Photos for Students Grades 3 to  6Sport, Band & Tournament of minds) please wear appropriate uniform & bring sport if needed click here for photo order.  Children in groups & teams need to be photographed even if not purchasing photos. 
Rob In Sydney
Stage 3 and 4 Maths Day at Xavier, 
Last Day Book Fair, students can buy books.
No Band lessons.
Stage 3 Teachers Mercedes, Sophie, Phil and Jo attending a meeting with Stage 4 Maths Teachers at Xavier. Lea A also attending.
Maths Parent Evening in the Mercy hall from 7 – 8.

Thursday
Nicky and Tarn at Quicksmart Inservice in Wagga.
Marg & Di  at inservice
Phil Baaten IT Wagga visiting.
Book Fair, only Music and TOM students can buy books.
No Band lessons
Xavier IDL Staff visiting to meet with Rob and Lea and then to visit Year 6 classrooms.
Stage 2 have ASPA Singing from 11.30 – 12.45
Stage 3 from 1.55 to 3.00.

Friday

Breaking News....

Our Tournament of Minds Team competed in Sydney today and they were one of two teams to receive an honours award, finishing just behind the overall winners. Well done to Jo Good and the team.

Sister Pat had a fall at home on Friday and has injured her upper arm. She is currently in hospital. We will update as we get more information.
