You won't want to miss the director's salsa band, yummy Cuban dinner, drinks, dancing and games.
Cost is $60/person or $100/couple
We are in need of nice items to put in silent auction baskets. Please bring items to Meet Up Monday and give to Stephanie Elliot, who will be near the spirit wear sales table.

⚜️Rehearse-a-Thon Stats ⚜️

Less than a week from Rehearse-a-Thon!! (RAT)
As of Sunday noon, we have collected $9,000. Our target is $30,000, so keep collecting donations, both in person and online! We definitely have a ways to go before we can say we will be going to Utah. Parents, you can bring what your student has collected so far in cash to Meet Up Monday at 7:30 p.m. Just because you've turned some money in...don't stop collecting!
Our main turn in time will be on the day of RAT...bring your envelopes on the way to RAT!!
Don't forget to share the link on your social media, texts and e-mails! Your student will get credit through this site as long as your donors put their name on it. Easy!

⚜️Equipment Pick Up TOMORROW ⚜️
|
|
|
Black KR uniform shirts will be distributed tomorrow, Monday the 10th, from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. by the uniform room. We also will be distributing shoes and gloves if you ordered them at enrollment. Students...PLEASE pick up your stuff before you line up for pictures, if you choose to do pictures. Pictures are optional, and will be offered on the 10th and the 17th. Picking up your equipment is your first priority!

⚜️Rehearse-A-Thon DINNER! ⚜️

|
Rehearsing 8 hours is going to make EVERYONE hungry. We are offering a delicious homemade tri-tip meal for $10 on a pre-order basis for those who would like it. Meal includes: a 4 oz smoked tri-tip sandwich, baked beans, potato salad, drink and a cookie. Students will be served at their lunch break at 4:30. Parents can join in the feast at 7:30 p.m. as they come to watch the end of an epic rehearsal!!

Our team of parent photographers will be available from 3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Monday September 10th and 17th to take your student's photo in black uniform Ts or full KR uniform. These are the only opportunities for individual photos this year. If you would like a photo, please have your student report for photos in the ceramics courtyard AFTER they pick up their T-shirts/shoes/gloves tomorrow. Photos will be available for free download.

We will be offering your students photo on a 4x6 lanyard for you to wear at tournaments for $10. If you would like to have one, make sure your student (band and color guard) poses for a photo in their black uniform T-shirt on one of the two picture days. Examples will be at the Spirit Wear table at Meet Up Monday.

Don't forget...if you plan on volunteering for tournaments this season (and we hope you ALL do), we have an important meeting for you to attend on Wednesday, September 12th at 6:30 p.m. in the band room. This applies to volunteer chaperones, roadies, uniforms, plumers, and hospitality. Come and meet your fellow volunteers and get the inside scoop on what we will need "behind the scenes" this season!
