CONSTRUCTION UPDATE : PHUKET

Dear our valued customer,
For the last 9 months New Nordic Group has made landfill of 25.000 trucks of soil, retaining walls are made all around and under the land. Bridges to connect the project to main road, concrete roads in to the project, drainage systems to get rain and underground water away, and a big sales office and co-working spaces. We have sales manager and sales staff onsite every day, gardeners and security at night time.
Now next step with main construction will start. Construction company is chosen, they have made a building for their staff and equipment onsite. The first big machines arrived last week.
It is also agreed with one of the world leading hotel companies with management agreement for the four star plus part of our project. This agreement is still confidential, but we are sure you will be pleased when we are allowed to announce this.
You will as our customers or agent from now to completion be updated weekly, in an e-mail news as this.
