CEMS 30th Anniversary

After a summer break, the newsletter is back and we hope you also had a nice holiday ! (if you are in the Southern hemisphere, your summer is still to come, lucky you!).
We have a lot to share : let's start with new members of the CAA team!
We are very pleased to announce that Nadia Hanessian ( CEMS 14 Koç / USYD ) and Maximilien Kroel (CEMS 02 WU / HEC) have joined the CAA board as co-chairs for Events. They will be key in the organization of global events (like the Annual Event in Malta later this year) and of local events to help our community meet, exchange, discuss, debate, and have fun. Feel free to reach out to them if you have ideas or suggestions.
News on new CAA staff members
We would like to announce that Natasha Pokidko has been appointed as Head of Alumni Association.
Natasha graduated from CEMS (Aalto/St. Gallen) seven years ago. Since her graduation, Natasha worked in Strategic Management Consulting and in Executive Education on program content development and international partnerships. Natasha has been actively involved in Alumni Association work since graduation; first as a head of Local Alumni Committee, and later as a member of the Global CAA Board.
Natasha will work closely with CEMS Global Office team on the further development of Alumni Association ensuring that mutual value is created between CEMS Alumni and the other main stakeholders in the CEMS Alliance: CEMS Schools, CEMS Corporate and Social Partners, and the current Students.

The CEMS Annual Event and Alumni Reunion will take place on December 7 - 9 in Malta!
We will celebrate the new class graduating but also the 30th anniversary of CEMS. Join us in December for the long weekend on this sunny island meeting with old friends, making the new ones, expanding your network and having fun like back in memorable student times! SPECIAL ALUMNI PROGRAM: Panel Debate on Blockchain Technology: Are You Ready for Global Disruption?

As this year's Annual Events are taking place in Malta - the world's first blockchain powered island, the CEMS Alumni Association is delighted to invite you to attend the panel debate on Blockchain Technology: Are You Ready for Global Disruption?
The panel will consist of leading experts from a broad range of sectors who will debate on the current and future implications of the forthcoming blockchain disruption and a live-stream is planned. We will shortly announce confirmed panelists.

Are you an expert/thought leader in the field of blockchain technology? Do you already use blockchain in your organization? Or can you recommend someone you know? Let us know as there are still a few seats left on the panel! We want to have a diverse panel, and are especially looking for women panelists. Our alumni community is 50 % women, so we are sure there are great candidates out there! CEMS corporate representatives also wanted!

CEMS Alumni Crayfish Party

CEMS Alumni Networking Event
10th October, Central Singapore, CBD
It's again that time of the year for the NUS CEMS-MSc(Mgt) Alumni Networking Event!
It's time to take a break from your busy schedule and come together, revive your old bonds, form new connections, and celebrate your shared experience! Come and meet your peers and live your university days once again. Our current students would very much like to hear from you, and learn from your valuable experiences and success stories as well.
This semester's networking event will be held on 10 October (Wednesday) evening at Clarke Quay. Refreshments will be provided, and we have planned plenty of activities to make this event interactive and fun for everyone.

This is open to all CEMS alumni in Singapore, even if you didn’t go to NUS.
