Feedback from some of our Delegates:

"Once again, American Dance Abroad paved the way for me to connect with artists, organizations, venues and managers in a live format. It's so much more powerful than emails or phone calls. The personal touch promotes quick agreements, especially when the connection persists over time. Having been to Tanzmesse two years prior, I found myself connecting to folks I already knew and that led to "instant" intentions to collaborate."
–Shinichi Iova-Koga, inkBoat

"Great experience to meet fellow artists and presenters." –Valerie Green, Dance Entropy

"If you're interested in heading to Tanzmesse, I can't imagine a better point of entry than the seasoned team of American Dance Abroad to help guide you through this process. It can be a daunting conference, but having a group of like-minded artists and professionals can make this intense festival a really positive experience."
–Leslie Scott, BODYART
Patricia Noworol Dance Theater received a Rapid Response travel grant
to support their participation at Tanzmesse, for a showing of BANG!
"Our Open Studio presentation at Tanzmesse 2018 was extremely successful! Several presenters who were previously not aware of PNDT's work expressed serious interest in the company, and we already have at least two presenters who have offered residency, workshop, presentation and commissioning support for the new work that was excerpted during our Open Studio. Furthermore, our time at the conference allowed us to network with a significant number of international presenters, allowing us to cultivate those relationship in the future, which we believe may very well result in future opportunities for PNDT.
We were experiencing a funding shortfall for our Tanzmesse engagement, and support from Rapid Response enabled us to close the budget gap and cover airfares for all the members of our team."

The next deadline for Rapid Response is December 1, 2018.
