Ham Sale Heads-up!

Please keep the dates open for our annual Ham Sale

Our annual ham sale will be starting on November 1st and runs through the 16th. Ham pick up will be December 7th. Please mark your calendars! If you are able to lend a hand with any part of the sale, please contact Ruth Andegeko at ruti.ytr@gmail.com

Volunteers Needed

Parent Liaisons and House Managers are needed for the EGR Music Boosters. If you are able to donate your time for our music programs, please contact annej6@sbcglobal.net

Parent Liaisons responsibilities include organizing volunteers, ushers, and food through Sign-up Genius, ordering corsages, and attending music booster meetings

House Managers responsibilities include arriving 1 hour prior to concerts to open and close the house (PAC), ensure ushers are given programs (supplied by the music teachers) to hand out, maintain quiet in the lobby during performances. Individuals will need to attend training provided by Anne Hooker

Music Booster Membership Meeting

Our second membership meeting is September 18th, 6:30-7:30 pm at the EGRHS Café Conference room. This is right across the hall from the café. Members will have a chance to discuss upcoming music events, vote on the budget, sign up for committees and meet your new board. If you are not a member, please feel free to attend; we'd love to tell you more about what the Music Boosters do and how you can be a part of it!
