Hello!

September is a busy time in the schools, and it's a great time to think about what you're doing to make sure that the great staff you have now build their careers with you and stay in your district.

Our theme at Hello this year is Every Day. We're going to spend the year thinking about who we are and what we stand for, day in and day out, and what we’re willing to do every day to embody those intentions.

Sometimes the answers will surprise us (rest well every day?) and might even make us laugh (chocolate every day!). What are the things that are most important to you every day?
