It is always about people and relationships at the end of the day. This month, at our monthly team meeting, we dipped back into our wells of inspiration and reminded ourselves about why we do what we do.

Each one of us showcased one of our favourite alumnus - someone who inspires us, someone who stands for why we do what we do. And we had more than 25 of our successful, crazy, bright and ambitious alumni who made us laugh and cry with their stories of struggle and success.
OUR ANTARANGIS

We were also reminded of how much we enjoy working with each other - meet a couple of our team members, you will know why!  If you want to explore opportunities with us, write in to careers@antarangfoundation.org .

MEET OUR TEAM

Eashaan Kappagantula

Favourite Book: A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khalid Hosseini

In my free time, I play a lot of football, in addition to regularly following the English Premier League, my favourite club being Chelsea F.C. I also enjoy reading novels, across a broad spectrum of genres.

Favourite quote: "Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans" - John Lennon

Favourite thing about working at Antarang: The flat structure and collaborative energy is infectious, pushing you to always strive for more and better, keeping the students firmly in mind.
Insiyah Rangwala

Favourite Book: A short history of nearly everything by Bill Bryson

In my free time, I like watching movies and TV Shows. I've recently started growing my own veggie garden!

Favourite quote: “Creativity is just connecting things. When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they didn’t really do it, they just saw something. It seemed obvious to them after a while. That’s because they were able to connect experiences they’ve had and synthesise new things.” –Steve Jobs

Favourite thing about Antarang: The openness and autonomy to explore any idea that I may have, big or small.

PROFESSIONAL LEARNING WORKSHOPS FOR OUR ALUMNI

Our alumni continue to get many many structured inputs for their continue development as professionals. We have a large group of young adults who are professionals in the IT sector and many more aspiring to get there. Our salesforce partner offered to train them in the basics of the software and spoke about the potential of learning this application and offered specialised training and internship opportunities.
Our students do make for wonderful interns - they are enthusiastic, bright and want to learn. If you have any requirements for part time and project based young workforce, write in to sweta@antarangfoundation.org
