WHAT WILL YOU DO? You will be part of our student team, working with various tasks within the Imaging area of Axis camera development. Example of tasks are: Filming video material needed for evaluation of the image quality of our cameras. Developing SW needed for lab experiments. Building and maintaining our image lab facilities. Testing image performance in the image labs. Doing smaller technical investigations under supervision of an Axis image engineer.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for a student who can work at Axis roughly one day per week. We expect you to have interest in one or several of the following areas:
- The technical aspects of still or video photography (exposure)
- Programming in languages like: Python, C or Ruby
- Image processing
We believed that you are a master or bachelor student in physics, mathematics, electronics or computer science. It is a big advantage if you have drivers license, so make sure to raise that in your CV. The work schedule will be flexible and established as we go. You will be payed per hour.
THE PRODUCT IMAGING TEAM The team is responsible for development of the Imaging Subsystem of our network cameras.
