I’m delighted to invite you to an Energy Futures Lab Energy researchers’ network field trip to the South East London Combined Heat and Power (SELCHP) – South Bermondsey ( Landmann Way, London SE14 5RS ) on Wednesday 31 October – 1245 – 1600

SELCHP is an energy recovery facility that takes waste that cannot be recycled and turns it into energy producing enough electricity to power approximately 48,000 local homes. During this tour you will be given behind the scenes access of the facility and find out more about Energy Recovery and SELCHP’s District Heating scheme.

The tour will last approximately 3 hours and you will be required to make your own transport arrangements to and from the station.

Places are limited to this FREE event and will be allocated on a first come – first served basis so please register your interest early to avoid disappointment.
