⚜️Rehearse-a-Thon THIS Saturday! ⚜️

Rehearse-a-Thon is just a few days away! Have you met your goal? You still have time to get there!
As of Wednesday evening, we have collected approximately $12,000. Our target is $30,000, so keep collecting donations, both in person and online! We definitely have a ways to go before we can say we will be going to Utah.
Remember-we need each student to raise at least $150 for this to be a success.
Students, bring your envelopes and money collected to turn in on Saturday from 12-1:30 p.m. BEFORE RAT!!
Students & parents...don't forget to share the link on your social media, texts and e-mails! Encourage your friends to share your links-lets go viral! Your student will get credit through this site as long as your donors put their name on it.

This is a March to the Arch Fundraiser! Parents...please come and invite your friends for this adults only evening! This is one of the highlights of our year, and we want you to be a part of it!

⚜️Rehearse-A-Thon DINNER! ⚜️
|

Rehearsing 8 hours is going to make EVERYONE hungry. We are offering a delicious homemade tri-tip meal for $10 on a pre-order basis for those who would like it. Meal includes: a 4 oz smoked tri-tip sandwich, baked beans, potato salad, drink and a cookie. Students will be served at their lunch break at 4:30 p.m. Parents can join in the feast at 7:30 p.m. as they come to watch the end of an epic rehearsal!! Orders for both students and parents need to be in by midnight Thursday. There will be no sales the day of RAT.

September 17th: Students can get their photos taken for lanyards in their black KR uniform T-shirt on Monday from 3:00- 5:00 p.m.
September 24th: Students can get their photos taken in uniform/costume Due to our volunteer photographer's work obligations, the second uniform photo day for has been moved to September 24th from 3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

We will be offering your students photo on a 4x6 lanyard for you to wear at tournaments for $10 with the perfromance schedule on the back. (Get one for Grandma too!). If you would like one, make sure your student (band or color guard) has at least one photo taken on one of our designated photo days. Encourage your students to be prompt and respect the volunteer photographers' time. These are the last opportunities to have individual photos taken. There usually is NOT time at the RBV tournament for individual photos. Examples will be at the Spirit Wear table at RAT and Meet Up Monday.
