The Centre newsletter enjoyed its summer break but, now, we are back with exciting updates and big plans for the new academic year. We look forward to seeing you at our events and hearing about your research!

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Michael Osborne, the Malaria Centre Comms & Coordination Officer, who left the Centre in July.
1. Anniversary feature

As part of our anniversary year, we launched our feature blogs which celebrate the research conducted at the Malaria Centre over the last 20 years.

In late July, we shared our 4th anniversary blog, by Kara Hanson and Catherine Goodman, discussing the input of health economics in malaria research: 20 years of Malaria Economics

Our 5th blog in the series was published a few days ago. Jo Lines shared his thoughts on the possibility of malaria eradication, the ultimate goal of malaria researchers around the world: Is malaria eradication possible?

To receive news and updates on these and other activities you can sign up to our newsletter or mailing list, or follow us on Twitter, @LSHTM_malaria, and use the hashtag #MalariaCentre20.
