AHS PASSAGES CHARTER SCHOOL

CHICAGO, IL

An interior remodel of an existing school's first floor into a pre-school for over 100 children. The project involved ADA improvements on all 3 stories. A new elevator was added between floors, and a wheelchair lift was added between the buildings of the school. Click here to view more photos on our website.

An exterior and interior modernization of an existing residence located on the north side of Chicago. The design works to maximize the space while giving the home a cozy feel. GODDARD SCHOOL

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL

A complete gut-rehab and exterior update of an existing two-story building into a pre-school. The school is designed to nurture children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old and provide learning through play. The exterior was designed to match the school's aesthetics as well as comply with the Village of Arlington Height's requirements.

INDUSTRY NEWS & REGULATORY UPDATES

The City of Chicago renewed the Small Business Improvement Fund (SBIF) in the Lawrence/Pulaski, Lincoln Avenue, and Jefferson Park Tax Increment Financing (TIF) districts. The SBIF provides a grant up to $150,000 to help owners of commercial and industrial properties repair or remodel facilities. Eligible building improvements include exterior façade upgrades, HVAC systems, and ADA improvements.
