DD Reports - New Timesheet Software
Many of you have already begun using DDReports, our new online timesheet entry software. Effective September 2018, this software will officially be able to accept electronic signatures!
What does this mean for you?
No more printing time sheets and dropping off or mailing them to the office!! Employees will be able to enter their time online (many already have been). Clients / Parents / Guardians will be able to log in and approve the timesheet immediately from their phone or computer. Click, Click, Payroll is done! Everyone will have instant access to remaining balances in authorizations IN REAL TIME! As soon as hours are entered, you can see how many hours are remaining in that authorization.
What about Habilitation Reports?
Habilitation data can also be logged using this app! So, no more printed has reports or signatures. Everything can be electronic! These reports will be submitted each month to the support coordinator.
How do I log in?
You should have received (or will shortly receive) an email from DDReports.com, with information on how to create an account. Your username will be your email address on file. If you don’t receive this, please contact us.
What If I need help?
The software is pretty straight forward and easy to use. We will be putting together training videos to walk each user through the steps to enter or approve timecards. Should you need additional assistance, please contact us! We are here to help.

Your Username is your EMAIL ADDRESS
You will have set your password when you click the link to the email from DDReports. If you already have a DDReports account, you will use the same information you have been using to log in to the website.
Why the change?
First, this is a federal law! AHCCCS is mandated by federal law (as part of the Affordable Care Act) to implement Electronic Visit Verification. This is the first step in compliance. DDReports Auto Visit app is the FIRST AHCCCS approved Electronic Visit Verification software in Arizona. AHCCCS is in the process of designing their own software, but who knows how long that will take or what the cost will be.
Please know that we are not implementing this software to make your lives more difficult! We know that change is hard, and there will be a learning process as you begin to use this software. Many of the providers who have been using the software have loved the ease of timesheet entry. We are hoping that you will too! There are many other benefits to using the software that I can’t even begin to list here.

Valley Metro Presentation & Light Rail Ride
Valley Metro is coming out to do a presentation on their services and safety. These are fun, educational events and the perfect supplement to anyone who is learning to use public transportation, or who loves vehicles! The presentation will begin at 10:00 am and then we will catch the light rail to Sky Harbor Airport. Please bring a sack lunch or plan to purchase lunch at the airport. We must all travel together. EVCT - Seussical Jr at Mesa Arts Center
East Valley Children's Theater presents Seussical Jr. a musical telling of the Dr. Seuss stories, including Horton Hears a Who, Gertrude McFuzz, Yertle The Turtle and the Cat in the Hat!
