There's been an incredible amount of energy and commitment from voters and volunteers who want to see change in the upcoming midterm elections. We have less than two months to get out the vote. So the mission for all Indivisible Yolo members is to take action for the upcoming midterms!
Our Senators are grilling Kavanaugh during his confirmation hearings- they need to hear that they have support in opposing his confirmation. They're tallying the calls they get, so please let them know we want them to keep fighting!

Sen. Feinstein and Harris need to know that the public supports their opposition to Kavanaugh. Civil rights, abortion rights, health care, all hang in the balance. The president should not be able to pick a judge who will rule on whether he can pardon himself or whether he can even be subpoenaed- and with this level of corruption, that's not just an academic question. Sens. Feinstein and Harris need our calls so they know we're passionate about this.
The national chapter of Indivisible is also encouraging phonebanking. Find out what Indivisible and other local resistance groups are up to, share what you are up to or most concerned about, write a postcard, call a Member of Congress. You're not alone and #TogetherWeWillWin!

Join us every weekend in Woodland for an information sharing and discussion group! We bring information about what other groups are doing (such as Indivisible, Sister District, etc) and enjoy a coffee with a little political discussion sprinkled in.
