Stages of Team Development
Bruce Wayne Tuckman first developed his theory of the stages of team development in 1965. He believed (as is a common belief today) that these stages are inevitable in order for a team to grow to the point where they are functioning effectively together and delivering high quality results. Forming, Storming ,Norming, Performing (Adjourning)The fifth stage was added with the help of colleague Maryann Jensen in 1977. These stages are inevitable for village development too!
