Helping Many to Achieve More.

Seasons of Change.

We all experience the changing weather as one season moves to the next. Back to school and the changing tree colors makes are a few markings of fall in the northern part of North America. Of course colder weather is another but I prefer to leave that one aside for a while.

Seasons change in business also and the pace of change is increasingly faster as the years go on. How does that affect you or the business you are in?

One of our company values is Constant Innovation. Not only in our internal business processes but how we approach the resources and solutions we provide to our customers. I am really excited at the developments we are working on and expect to roll out really soon.

Helping Many to Achieve More is our theme for 2018 and beyond.

How We Are Helping
The victory is in how we have helped our customers reach their goals.

A new customer produces electrical panels for automation systems. In their area, they are a leader and a fast growing company. Our customer produces a large volume of wires. This was their bottleneck. All were processed manually by their workers and it was an area of concern from several perspectives, chiefly the strain on workers and the consistent quality needed.

They turned to us for help and we supplied the Carpenter Compu-Strip 93 cut and strip machine. A powerful processing machine for cut and strip of a wide range of wires. As a result, the time to process cut and stripped wires went down dramatically. At the same time, the quality and repeat-ability improved.

And something I have never seen before, is they named the machine (Steph-Annie) and made it an employee, perhaps in name only.

Success stories like these energize and drive us. What about you? What is your bottleneck, or problem we can help to resolve?

Objective Evidence Part Two: Do you really know?

Assumptions may be a tool used in financial forecasting in absence of actual facts but is hardly a good practice to apply to actions around product quality.

This is the conclusion of our series on Objective Evidence as it applies to the terminal crimp process.

In this article we explore the production and process monitoring of the terminal crimp process. Ensuring the pre-production validation process continues into production and controls that are in place, effectively reduce the chances of non-conforming assemblies leaving the production facility.
