September 11 Dance Program
Andi has prepared the program. See list below.

Volunteers for Coordinating the Dance Programs
If you are interested in helping with doing the evening programs, we are looking for volunteers to be on a small team to organize the basics group, warm-up, teaching, and requests starting in October, please contact Chrisanne at cgpenn@uniserve.com.

Survey
We want to consider the wishes of as many dancers as possible when planning the program.  We will have a survey  for everyone to fill out online or on paper.  It will be available online and on paper on Sept 11.

Special General Meeting
At the AGM, we decided to present constitutional changes to the membership at a Special General Meeting which will take place on September 18, 6:45-7:15 pm at Charles Rummel Centre. Chrisanne sent a separate email with the notice of Special General Meeting and details of the constitutional changes.

Newsletter
Dale will be sending a weekly newsletter with the list of Tuesday evening dances and other announcements. Please send newsletter submissions to her at newsletter@burnabyfolkdance.org.
