This Masterclass will open with a short lecture on Tantra Philosophy
and its application to this asana practice .
There will be space for questions that might have arisen from previous experiences with this or other Tantric practices. My intention is to demystify the orgiastic nature of Tantra, and present Tantra for what it really is : a Spiritual Science and a Philosophy of Inner Freedom.
We will then flow into the TRIDOSHA BALANCING āsana series.
This series is practiced by lying on the floor with plenty of meditative relaxation in between āsanas. When our bodily system learns to be in a constant state of intrinsic relaxation, it can naturally balance, self-heal and reintegrate with the Whole.
It's an effortless meditation that Flows into our movements.
This yoga can be practiced by everyBODY,
regardless of injuries, level of fitness or age.
