In honor of the 100th Anniversary of Poland regaining its independence, the Kosciuszko Foundation, Philadelphia Chapter will be hosting a public lecture at the Museum of the American Revolution. Lynne Olson, the New York Times bestselling author, will be presenting a talk How Poland Helped Win WWII based on her most recent book Last Hope Island. The book emphasizes the invaluable contributions of Polish Pilots in the Battle of Britain.

A Question of Honor: The Kosciuszko Squadron: Forgotten Heroes of World War II was published in both Polish and English. Lynne Olson published seven books of history, most of which focus on World War II. Before becoming a full-time writer, Olson worked as a journalist for ten years at the Associated Press and the Baltimore Sun.
