Please considering donating to support those impacted by recent gas explosions in Merrimack Valley
On Thursday, September 13th, gas explosions across Lawrence, Andover, and North Andover caused over 60 fires, affecting an estimated 8,600 residents, and tragically resulted in the loss of life of eighteen-year-old, Leonel Rondon.
At least 32 Lawrence families have lost their homes completely because of these explosions. While electricity has been restored, many Lawrence, Andover, and North Andover residents and small businesses will continue to be without gas for weeks, if not months. This leaves families and businesses without hot water, without means to cook, and without heat as temperatures begin to drop.
We at CHAPA urge you to support our friends in Merrimack Valley, either through monetary donations via the button below or donating one or more items listed at the bottom of this email. Monetary donations made to this emergency fund will aid those impacted throughout the Merrimack Valley region.
