In case you were wondering... Our authors are in fact still writing. Here's an exclusive brand-new excerpt from upcoming sequel The Blue Blur: A Mission Remembered:
I bolted forward and grabbed the man by the chest plate.
To my shock, while I was using my speed, he grabbed my wrists, pried them off him, and socked me in the gut. He motioned to grab my head; I sidestepped and kicked at him. But he caught that too! With a swift movement, he sent me sprawling into the surf.
I looked him over in surprise and somewhat in fear. How was he doing that?
He chuckled, “What? Surprised?”
I launched another attack, but he blocked and punched me in the face. What is going on!
July 20th - August 20th
Paul Willis and Malachi Cyr challenged each other to write 50,000 words... neck to neck, novel to novel in a war of words. It was intense.
“Here it is, the first chapter,” Max nodded, pulling a sheaf of papers out of the file. “Quick, power up the printer.” Max inserted the papers one by one and made a copy of each. Allen quickly collected the prints and stuffed them into a briefcase brought for the purpose. “Hurry, you boys take those and post them in the publicity room. I’ll reset the passcode on this door so that you can’t just pick the lock as we did,” Max ordered. ~Mission HQ
