It's Dues Time!
Fiscal year: 2018-2019 Briarcreek Neighborhood Dues

Dear Briarcreek neighbor,

Who pays ...
the mowing of Rockwell and Britton ...
the water bill for the entrances and Rockwell landscaping ...
to repair electric, drip system and sprinklers ...
to maintain the entrances and other maintenance costs?

A strong neighborhood association is what keeps Briarcreek residents working together to maintain our neighborhood as a desirable place to live, raise our families and even retire. The projects and general maintenance, paid for through our dues, help keep our property values at a strong level.

The new fiscal year begins September 1 and extends through August 31st. Dues are only $75.00 per home.

(Note: Some homeowners pay annually on the anniversary of their move-in date.  While this is perfectly fine, it is easier to balance the books if dues are paid at the start of each fiscal year.)

Even if paying by check, please use the link (above). You will receive a confirmation email with mailing instructions and you help us keep our neighborhood directory current. The information allows us to send neighborhood notices and reach you in an emergency.
